|
salient feature |
|
Under the
project technology upgradation work has been undertaken at the
two leading biofertilizer production units of Madhya Pradesh. In
accordance with the project objective Cottage rental . We sell top end water heaters Buffalo and offer installation. . b101aw06 v.1 the project work is
implemented at the following biofertilizer production units:
|
- Biofertilizer Plant, Madhya Pradesh State
Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd., Bhopal.
- Biotech Research Center, M.P. Cooperative
Oil Seed's Grower's Federation, Dhar.
|
- At Biotech Research Center, M.P.
Cooperative Oil Seed's Grower's Federation, Dhar, all
necessary subsystems and automatic form fill seal machine
installation work has been completed. Process optimization
work is going on.
- Biofertilizer Plant, Madhya Pradesh state
Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd., Bhopal is the
highest biofertilizer producing unit in the country. Presently
installation of material handling system is being done. At
this plant automatic form-fill- seal machine installation work
has already been completed.
- Under the new aseptic technique inoculation
of fermenter is done by mini-fermenter through pressure
gradient. Mature broth recovery is done directly from the
fermenter via storage vessel. Movement of carrier material and
mature broth is done by conveyor belt and pressure gradient
respectively. With this new technique the raw materials and
the finished products are minimally exposed to the external
environment thus resulting in better quality of biofertilizer
with minimum or nil contamination. There is a significant
improvement in shelf life and also remarkable increase in
viable count in the final product.
- In accordance with the project's objective
field trials on various crops like Soybean, Wheat and Gram has
been done using Rhizobium and PSB inoculants. The field trials
were conducted at the following places :
