attitude and ability to recognise the problems and solve them,
Science Quiz Competition was started in 1983-84. It is organised by
State Institute of Science Education, Jabalpur and sponsored & Co-ordinated
by MPCST, Bhopal. The scheme is for the students of two different
groups: |

The State level Senior Science Quiz Competition : For the students
of class IX and X standard. |
|
The State level Junior Science Quiz Competition : For the students
of class VII and VIII standard.

IInd phase of examination 50 students from Senior Science Quiz
Competition and 50 students from Junior Science Quiz Competition are
given Rs. 3000/- and Rs. 1000/- each with a certificate respectively
|
Examination:-
The State level Science Quiz competition is conducted in two phases.
a. First Phase:- The examination of the first phase of this
competition is conducted at 493 Centres. Examination is conducted on
scheduled date published in programme and sent with information
booklet in the beginning of the session. On the basis of merit 500
students are selected, who become eligible for the second phase
examination.
b. Second Phase:- The Second phase examination is conducted at 13
divisional head quarters. On the basis of second phase examination,
according to merit first 50 students from each competition are
selected for award.
